About Us

Orrick IP lawyers located coast-to-coast manage the blog and focus on: patent litigation; patent prosecution and counseling (including proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board); copyright, trademark, false advertising, rights of publicity/privacy, and entertainment litigation and counseling; trade secrets litigation; antitrust (including litigation and licensing issues affecting Standard Essential Patents); and matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

We hope you find this blog useful and look forward to hearing from you about any news of events, submission ideas, comments, or other feedback.
