Orrick partners Neel Chatterjee and Jay Jurata will speak at this year’s IP Counsel Cafe Silicon Valley Spring Meeting. Neel Chatterjee will lead a discussion on “Current State of Patent Litigaiton and How Companies Are Partnering to Reduce the NPE Threat,” which will focus on the current state of patent sales, acquisitions and how companies are partnering to reduce the threat of NPE litigation. Jay Jurata will lead a discussion titled “Licensing Overseas – Traps for the Unwary across the Globe,” which will focus on IP challenges while doing business overseas.
