MSRB Proposed Rule Change for Credit Ratings Disclosure

On September 12, the MSRB filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to extend the effective date of the requirement to post credit ratings on the EMMA public website. The proposed rule changes the effective date from October 13 to December 13. MSRB Release.
