On November 1, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve (BGFRS) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) collectively published a final rule revising the applicability of regulatory capital and standardized liquidity requirements for large U.S. banking organizations, U.S. holding companies of certain foreign banking organizations and certain depository institution subsidiaries.
