Ms. Clarissa Otto is an associate in the Düsseldorf office and a member of the Corporate Group.
Her practice focuses on counseling in the area of intellectual property, data protection and general corporate counseling, e.g.:
- Advising multinational clients on all sorts of IP issues in M&A transactions.
- Advising on and drafting IP agreements, including but not limited to, IP transfer agreements, license agreements, R&D agreements, joint venture agreements.
- Assisting clients with contentious and non-contentious advise in unfair and deceptive trade matters. A special focus is on betrayal of business secrets matters and false advertisement.
- Assisting clients with contentious and non-contentious advise in trademark, design and copyright matters including trademark prosecution.
